# Stanley for X: Terms of Service

These Stanley for X Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern your participation in the pre-release beta program for Stanley for X (the “Beta Program”) offered by Find Community, Inc. (dba Stan) (“Stan”). Your participation is governed by Stan's Platform Terms (the “Platform Terms”) and Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference, as supplemented and modified by these Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Platform Terms. In case of conflict, these Terms control during the Beta Program.

## 1. Pre-Release Nature.

Stanley for X is provided to you on a pre-release, beta basis for evaluation. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” may contain bugs or errors, and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations in the Platform Terms apply with full force, and are intended to be construed in their broadest permissible form given the pre-release nature of Stanley for X.

## 2. Eligibility and Access.

Stan selects participants for the Beta Program from its Stanley for X waitlist at its sole discretion. You represent that:  
(a) you are at least 18 years of age;  
(b) you have all rights necessary to connect your X account and share the associated content with Stan;  
(c) your use of the Beta Program will comply with all laws, regulations, and third-party terms applicable to you;  
(d) you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive United States sanctions or embargoes. Your access is personal, non-transferable, and may be suspended or terminated by Stan at any time, for any reason, with or without notice or liability to you.

Stanley for X operates in connection with your X account and may draft, generate, schedule, or post content to that account on your behalf. You agree that:

- You are solely responsible for all content drafted, generated, scheduled, or posted through Stanley for X to your X account, whether or not you reviewed it before publication. This includes liability for claims of defamation, infringement, right of publicity, harassment, or violation of law arising from such content.

- You will comply with all terms, policies, and rules applicable to X, including the X Terms of Service, the X Developer Agreement and Policy (as applicable), and X’s rules on automation, content, and platform manipulation.

- You grant Stan the rights needed to access your X account and content to provide the Beta Program, and to process that content through Stan’s systems and third-party AI providers consistent with the Privacy Policy.

- X, the X logo, and related marks are trademarks of X Corp. Stanley for X is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.

## 4. AI Output.

The AI Technology terms in Section 6 of the Platform Terms apply in full to Stanley for X. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and you will exercise independent judgment before relying on or publishing it.

## 8. General.

Stan may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified version or otherwise providing notice, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance. The governing law, dispute resolution, and other general provisions of the Platform Terms apply. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. Feedback, suggestions, and bug reports you provide are subject to Section 3(e) (Submissions) of the Platform Terms, granting Stan an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
